New service offerings from the directors' centre
We would like to take this opportunity to introduce to you our new service offerings.
As before, we are delighted to work with people on a bespoke basis, offering consultancy or coaching support to solve and respond to a specific and agreed agenda.
As well as the bespoke services we also offer specific packages:
- Level
One: for owner-managers of smaller, growing businesses
You are making things up as you go along and you are not very familiar with how to run or grow a business. There must be a quicker/smarter way to develop the business! - Level
Two: for owner-managers of growing businesses who need some occasional
dialogue with an expert to help them to grow their business
Things are going OK but you feel that they could be going faster. You still feel a bit like an amateur and you are convinced that there is a magic formula but you haven't found it yet! - Level
Three: for directors of fast-growing businesses that need more direct
contact and discussion with an expert to help them to grow their business
Issues around direction, increasing sales and profitability, as well as some funding and ownership issues are emerging. It is time to get serious about your growth plans. - Level
Four: for directors of fast-growing businesses who want to work with Robert
on a one-to-one basis
You have some form of board but you need some heavyweight outside help to get things moving.
